Mission: Providing opportunities for youth who live in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties and are at high risk to live temporarily in a caring home with trained treatment foster care parents who share the goal of successfully reuniting the family..

CCS administers several Treatment Foster Care [TFC] programs which support children at high risk and their familes to learn new pro-social competencies and achieve reunification in the shortest time possible.

In 2008, CCS became one of the first child-caring organizations in Oregon to serve children with severe emotional and behavioral issues in a foster care setting focused on family reunification. Additionally, we developed a program to support foster youth to make a successful transition out of state care into adulthood with increased self-efficacy and abilty to develop natural supports.

These services are critical to supporting youth at high risk and their families to maintain healthy, stable relationships and reduce family cycles of violence, substance abuse and law violations.
